Petition (*I was going to do a petition.
But Now I am not).

*People do not need an address in order to sign up for welfare payments. (Because they may be homeless).

Poor people are entitled to the share of produce of Australia.
If you disagree.
You should leave the country.
Because Australia supports welfare.
And people shouldn't have to do anything in order to receive welfare.
All they have to do is sign up and then they receive it.
It is their right and entitlement.


*Rent Assistance.
New rent assistance rates.
The rent must be in excess of $400 a fornight.
And up to a maximum of $800 a fortnight.
The recipient will get $1 for every dollar over $400 up to a maximum of $800.
Eg. If the recipient pays $800 rent a fortnight.
Then the recipient will get $400 a fornight a long with their usual pay etc.
So the rent assistance will be above $400 and a maximum of $800 a fortnight.
No one can afford $800 rent a fortnight on what they are currently getting on welfare.


*Build more Government Houses.
The government must build 100000 houses in NSW.
And about 50000 houses (each) in other states and territories.
Also the government needs to keep adding more houses as time goes on.
The houses should be 5 room houses with 2 to 3 bathrooms with toilets.
The Government can use any material to build the houses such as cement or any other.
Because of rent assistance.
The rental price per week can be up to (a maximum of) $400 per week.
If there was no rent assistance.
Then the price would be any where from $100 to $250 a week.
If the Government builds 100000 houses in NSW.
80 % will be given to those on welfare.
And 20 % will be given to the private market (Any one).
Also the Government houses can be rented out indefinitely just like the current Government houses are.
Also if a recipient gets a government house (who is receiving a welfare payment).
And then gets a job and they get disqualified from being eligible to recieve welfare payment.
That recipient can continue to rent the government house indefinitely.
They just won't get welfare payments or rent assistance. (Unless partial etc).
The Government should build these houses attaching them to existing cities/ towns.
Or create a new city a long the rail way line.
And also build Schools, Hospitals and so on to go with the houses.
Renters can also have the opportunity to own their own homes.
That means a renter can pay a specific a mount per month until the house is paid off.
So If it cost the government $300 000 to build the house and (land is free).
And the Governemtn is not looking to profit.
The renter can pay $1000 a month.
For around 30 years.
3 Decades.
So if the Government and renter agrees to that.
Then the renter will own the house after they pay off that amount.
Also paying $1000 a month.
Land/ council rates and other cost are also included in that rate.
Rent Assistance is also allowed in this case.
ALso no one should have to pay to occupy land.
Also if the renter decides to stop paying or anything else.
Many outcomes and solutions can be made.
Which I will not go into.
I do not know how much a house would cost to build and this is just an example.
So the government will continue to build houses; On going.


*People with specific Visas.
People from overseas (etc).
If you gain residence with a specific visa etc.
There will be no waiting time in order to receive welfare payments.
So there will be no more waiting time in order for these people to receive welfare payments.
Once they become a resident.
They can apply for (all) welfare right away.
People who are not a resident or have the right visa will not get welfare payments.


*How will the Government pay for these?
The governmetn must not borrow in order to pay for these things.
Instead they should move money around.
From Payments that are already being paid for other government funded products and services to what is listed here.
Eg. Cuts to school teacher payments.
Cuts to welfare worker payments.
Other cuts.
Also to increase tax.
I would increase tax to a maximum of 60 %.
I would increase personal income tax.
I would not increase business tax.


*What if the welfare system is stopped or taken away.
First off.
I can reduce the amount of welfare that is being paid.
If the system can not support welfare.
And needs to be stopped etc.
Then I would make sure there is enough farms being built.
And I will give free food to the poor people.
Probably give out food tokens etc.


*Who should sign this petition?
Everyone who is receiving welfare.
And anyone who fears losing their job.
Because if you lose your job.
You will be on welfare payments which can't pay for anything.



*When there is 1 million or millions of Signatures If Ever.
I will then give it to the 150 (or so) Memebers Of Parliament.
And they will take it from there.

I will do the rent assistance as stated above also.
The rental assistance will be every dollar above zero dollars up to $800 or $1000 a fortnight.
So the welfare recipent will get $1 for every dollar above zero up to a maximum of $1000 a fortnight.
Also if someone is paying this kind of money for rent.
They should be paying off a house instead.
Also I will also allow welfare recipients to pay off a mortgage as well.
Meaning that the money they get for rental assistance can be used to pay off a mortgage instead.
The recipient just needs to agree to an application between the real estate/ private seller and government etc.
Also the government will also cover council/ land rates as well.
So the recipient just needs to find a house to buy and the government will pretty much pay for it.
Also only welfare recipients will qualify for this payment etc.
*Or the government will just build alot of cheap houses so those on welfare and poor people can get a house etc.
*So under my government the government will do one (Or more) of the following that was just listed or other(s).


*However.
Under my government.
We will not be borrowing money to pay ongoing costs of the county.
I will not be adding onto the debt.
We will not be borrowing any more money unless we need to.
If the government does not have enough money/ resources to pay for ongoing costs.
I will make cuts here and there and rearrange things around so that we do not have to borrow anymore money.

*There will be 50% tax on individuals income.
This will not affect businesses.
The tax free threshold will either be $6000 or $20000.
SO if you earn $60000 a year after tax.
You would be getting $100000 before tax. ??
So this will affect only individual pay.

*ALso.
Everyone receiving a government payment will only be getting $50000 or $60000 a year.
So everyone receiving a government payment will only be getting $50000 or $60000 a year.
So if you work for the government that will take affect.
The only ones I can currently think of that will not take affect is Bulk Billing.
Even members of parliament will only get $60000 a year.

*So if the country was to stop borrowing money to pay for ongoing costs.
There may have to be major changes.
But thats how it should be anyway. (Because no one should be borrowing money in order to pay for ongoing expenses etc).

*I will make major cuts to Public Schools if i need to.
It will look something like this.
There will be limited teachers/ volunteers on duty baby sitting students for the duration of the school hours etc.
The whole curriculum for each year/ subject will be put online/ or digital format.
So the student can learn in their own time.
There will still be teachers to teach but it will be limited.
Students of strict parents will always do well in school regardless of the change.
And students of non strict parents will not do so well regardless of the change.
So it will not matter that much.
ALso there will be enough teachers to teach, and mark exams and assignments.
All you need is the basic education like reading, writing, numbers, etc.

*If any government worker wants to strike or quit.
Go ahead more money for the government.


*And as for hospitals.
The current system probably doesn't have enough resources to cover the demand.
I will not put another dollar towards hospitals; Then what they are already getting.
People just have to wait in lines(waiting time) and grit their teeth in pain etc.
Thats because the system can not support the demand.


*Also if the current system can not support the welfare payment.
It will also see cuts to it.
However poor people will still get welfare so they can buy things they need such as food.
Unless food tokens are handed out etc.


*So as i have said.
I would rather have good/ average food, water, shelter, an army, etc; And basic/ low/ average schools and hospitals.
Then;
Good/ average Schools, hospitals and low to average food, shelter etc.

Or pretty much put it.
I would rather have clean food, water, shelter and an army.
Then a good schools and hospitals.


*So Under my government there will be plenty of Food, water, shelter and an army.

*So if the country stops borrowing money.
The country will probably look bad.
Because it wouldn't have the money it use to have to cover its usual expenses.
But a country needs to stop borrowing money to stop it from going into more debt.
The last generations have left the problem/ consequences to the next generation.
So someone has to take responsibility for the debt and stop borrowing money.

*So under my government.
We will not borrow any money unless we need to.
And instead make changes to what we spend the money on.
